RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Closet Finds, every item is pre-owned and generally one-of-one. We carefully inspect, photograph and describe each piece before it is listed for sale.

Please review the product description, photographs and measurements carefully before placing your order.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order .Our shop specializes in carefully sourced vintage gems, and each piece is one of a kind. Due to the nature of vintage/second hand items, we're unable to accept returns for sizing, flaws, or personal preference.

Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

2. Return Condition

Returned items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.

You may inspect the item as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.

If an item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

Because our products are pre-owned, signs of wear or imperfections that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photographs are part of the condition in which the item was sold.

3. Return Shipping

If you withdraw from your purchase without any error on our part, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Closet Finds where the return results from:

an incorrect item being sent;
significant undisclosed damage or defect; or
another error attributable to Closet Finds.

4. Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If the item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

5. Non-Conforming or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

the wrong item;
an item with significant damage or a defect that was not disclosed; or
an item that materially differs from its description or photographs,

please contact us at closetfinds.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, where reasonably possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant so that we can review the matter as quickly as possible.

The 48-hour notification period helps us resolve issues promptly and does not limit your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.

Normal signs of wear and imperfections that were clearly disclosed before purchase are taken into account when assessing the conformity of a pre-owned item.

6. One-of-One Items

Most Closet Finds products are one-of-one pieces.

Because an identical replacement will usually not be available, we may not be able to exchange a returned or non-conforming item for the same product.

Where an item does not conform to the contract, your available remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
