1. Introduction

Welcome to Closet Finds. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

3. Use of Services

keep your account information secure, if you create an account;
use our website only for lawful purposes;
not interfere with the operation or security of our website;
not use automated systems, bots or scrapers without our permission.

We may restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats or unlawful activity.

4. Product Information and Availability

All products sold by Closet Finds are pre-owned clothing items. We carefully inspect, describe and photograph each item before listing it for sale.

Please note that:

minor signs of previous wear are normal for pre-owned clothing;
significant known flaws are disclosed in the product description and/or photographs;
slight colour variations may occur due to photography, lighting or screen settings;
measurements are taken manually and may vary by approximately ±1–2 cm;
each item is generally one-of-one and availability cannot be guaranteed until the order is successfully completed.

We recommend reviewing all photographs, measurements and product information carefully before purchasing.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

Closet Finds is not registered for VAT.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and payments are processed securely through the payment providers available in our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping costs.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If such an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and, where necessary, cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

6. Orders and Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Placing an order creates an obligation to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

We may cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, or where the item is unexpectedly unavailable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within Slovenia.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law.

Our shop specializes in carefully sourced vintage gems, and each piece is one of a kind. Due to the nature of vintage/second hand items, we're unable to accept returns for sizing, flaws, or personal preference.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days.

Unless the return results from our error or a non-conforming item, the direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

9. Non-Conforming or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

the wrong item;
an item with significant damage or a defect that was not disclosed;
an item that materially differs from its description or photographs;

please contact us at closetfinds.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, where reasonably possible, and describe the issue. We may ask you to provide photographs or other information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

The 48-hour notification period helps us investigate and resolve delivery or product issues promptly. It does not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Normal signs of wear, minor characteristics reasonably expected from pre-owned clothing, and imperfections that were clearly disclosed before purchase are taken into account when assessing the conformity of an item.

Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Closet Finds website, including our logo, photographs, graphics and written content, is owned by Closet Finds or used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use our original content without our permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Closet Finds is not responsible for indirect losses or for delays and failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
