Closet Finds specializes in carefully curated pre-owned clothing.
Our collections mainly include branded vintage and second-hand garments such as:

- Hoodies

- Knitwear
- Trousers
- Sportswear
- Accessories
Every product offered on our website is individually selected before being listed for sale.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold through Closet Finds are pre-owned.
Because every product is unique, each item is available in a quantity of one.
Once an item has been sold, it is generally no longer available.
4. PRODUCT CONDITION
All products sold by Closet Finds are second-hand items.
Unlike newly manufactured clothing, pre-owned garments may naturally display signs of previous use, storage or age.
We carefully inspect every product before listing it for sale.
Each product listing includes:
- detailed photographs;
- a written description;
- the garment size stated on the label (where available);
- manually taken measurements;
- a description of the item's overall condition;
- disclosure of any significant defects, repairs or imperfections known to us.
Minor signs of previous wear that are consistent with the age and intended use of second-hand clothing should be expected and do not constitute a product defect.
We aim to present every product as accurately as reasonably possible.
5. PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS
To help customers make informed purchasing decisions, manually taken garment measurements are provided for every item.
Measurements are intended as a guide only.
Because measurements are taken manually, slight variations of approximately ±1–2 cm may occur.
Such minor variations do not constitute a product defect or non-conformity.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all provided measurements before placing an order.
Closet Finds cannot guarantee that a garment will fit in the same way as clothing of the same labeled size from another manufacturer or collection.
Vintage sizing frequently differs from modern sizing standards.
For this reason, purchasing decisions should always be based on the measurements provided rather than solely on the size shown on the garment label.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products listed on our website are offered subject to availability.
As every product is unique, only one unit of each item is generally available for purchase.
Although our inventory is updated automatically, exceptional technical errors may occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
Closet Finds shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from an item's unavailability.
7. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (EUR).
Closet Finds is not VAT registered.
Therefore, VAT is not charged on purchases unless required by applicable law in the future.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a genuine pricing error occurs due to a technical issue or human mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before shipment and provide a full refund.
8. ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Closet Finds is concluded once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
- the product is no longer available;
- incorrect pricing due to a technical or human error;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- payment authorization failure;
- inaccurate customer information;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
9. PAYMENTS
Closet Finds accepts secure online payments through payment methods made available during checkout via Stripe Payments.
Available payment methods may include, depending on availability:

- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Other payment methods supported by Stripe
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed and shipped.
Closet Finds does not store or have direct access to your complete payment card details.
All payment information is securely processed by our payment service providers in accordance with applicable security standards.
10. SHIPPING
Orders are currently shipped exclusively within the Republic of Slovenia.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Free shipping is available for qualifying orders as indicated on our website.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon delivery.
The risk of loss or damage transfers when the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes physical possession of the goods.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers residing within the European Union generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason, unless an exemption under applicable law applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Closet Finds by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Returned items must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
The customer is responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation after the returned goods have been received or after the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned.

12. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Where a customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal without any fault on the part of Closet Finds, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Closet Finds will cover the cost of return shipping where:
- the wrong item was delivered;
- the product contains a significant undisclosed defect or damage that was not described or visible in the product listing;
- an error occurred during the processing or shipment of the order.
Customers should not return products without first contacting us so that appropriate return instructions can be provided.
13. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
Closet Finds is committed to offering genuine branded products.
Every branded item is individually inspected before being listed for sale.
Products that cannot be confidently verified as authentic are not intentionally offered for sale.
If a customer believes that an item purchased from Closet Finds may not be authentic, they should contact us immediately so the matter can be investigated.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights relating to product authenticity or conformity.
14. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS
We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, actual colours may vary depending on:
- screen settings;
- device type;
- monitor calibration;
- lighting conditions.
Minor colour differences between photographs and the actual product do not constitute a defect.
Product photographs form part of the product description and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
15. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
