SHIPPING POLICY

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy explains how Closet Finds processes and delivers orders placed through our online store.

Our goal is to prepare and dispatch every order as quickly and carefully as possible while ensuring that each garment arrives in the condition in which it was advertised.

By placing an order with Closet Finds, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.


2. Shipping Area

At this time, Closet Finds delivers exclusively within the Republic of Slovenia.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Should international delivery become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


3. Processing Time

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after successful payment has been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Slovenia.

During periods of increased demand, promotional campaigns or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take longer.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you using the contact details provided with your order.


4. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by the courier service selected by Closet Finds.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • courier delays;
  • adverse weather conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • transport disruptions;
  • incorrect delivery information provided by the customer;
  • other unforeseen events.

Closet Finds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Current shipping rates are:

  • Standard Delivery: €3.99
  • Free Shipping: Orders of €80.00 or more

Shipping prices may be updated from time to time.

The shipping cost applicable to your order will always be the amount displayed during checkout before your purchase is confirmed.


6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation together with tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Tracking information is provided by the delivery provider and may take some time to become active.


7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Closet Finds cannot be held responsible for delays, additional delivery charges or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be shipped again.


8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable;
  • the parcel is not collected within the carrier's collection period;
  • incorrect delivery information has been provided;

the parcel may be returned to Closet Finds.

If the customer still wishes to receive the order, additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you inspect the package before accepting it.

Where possible, any visible transport damage should be reported directly to the delivery provider.

Please include photographs of:

  • the parcel;
  • the packaging;
  • the shipping label;
  • the product;
  • any visible damage.

This information helps us investigate the issue with the delivery provider.


10. Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us.

We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the shipment.

If a parcel is confirmed lost before delivery has been completed, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.


11. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.


12. One-of-One Products

Every item sold by Closet Finds is unique.

Because only one unit of each product is available, replacement of an identical item is generally not possible.

If a parcel is lost or damaged and the original item cannot be delivered, the appropriate legal remedy will normally be a refund rather than a replacement.


13. Sustainability

At Closet Finds, we believe that extending the life of quality garments contributes to a more responsible approach to fashion.

Where practical, we aim to use packaging materials efficiently while ensuring that every order is adequately protected during transport.
